When you start the MindManager Pro 2012 program, a clean intelligence map with a central topic opens.
In it, we write the name of the map, that is, the key idea - in any chosen font, color, and preferably 1-2 words. And with one click of Enter, add a second-order topic. If you need several, then you need to add Enter as many times.
The beginning of the construction of the intelligence map starts from the upper right corner clockwise. To add the next row, hover the mouse over the image of the topic to which you want to add - and click Insert as many times as you need topics. We select the text in the topic and write the word that needs to be written on top.
In the topics next to the name, you can add from the library (it is located in the lower right corner) or pre-prepared from a computer.:
A picture, a drawing, an icon, symbols, attach a note - CTRL +T, a table, a link to any resource, icons, folders, a number, add comics. One drawing can say and tell a lot.
The size of the topic, its format, or, say, the icons, can be changed by stretching or pulling at the corners. You can change the shape, fill in any color.
Topics can be moved to any location or swapped, numbered, and connected by lines to different branches. Select a part of any twig in different shapes and fill it with any color. You can set the thickness, color, and smoothness of the lines, and all the lines of the twig will be the same color.
After creating the map, set the auto balance, scale, and auto fill, and the map will fit efficiently across the work field.
